My Story
For about a decade, I struggled with opiates and benzos. I know what it’s like to feel stuck. You wake up tired ready to quit only to keep on relapsing, morning after morning. Constantly wondering if things would ever change.
The turning point came one day when I realized I was done living in cycles of relapse and exhaustion. I was tired of constantly fighting myself and wanted more than just getting through each day. I wanted a life I could actually wake up for.
Recovery didn’t happen all at once. Some days are still hard. The biggest difference came from changing how I thought. I started making choices that didn’t pull me back into old habits. With the biggest difference coming from taking responsibility for my life.
Along the way, I realized my experience could help others. That’s why I became a life coach. To support people in life after addiction, to help them figure out what comes next, and to show that a different life is possible.
Life after addiction can feel uncertain, but it can also be full of possibility. My goal is to help you move from surviving to living on your own terms.
